The Ambassador of Japan was received by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court

On November 24, 2021, Mr. Chinbat Namjil, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, received H.E. Kobayashi Hiroyuki, Ambassador of Japan to Mongolia.

During the meeting, the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia noted that one of Mongolia's foreign policy priorities is to deepen friendly relations and cooperation with Japan, Mongolia's “third neighbor" and strategic partner. He also highlighted the importance of development of inter-judicial relations and cooperation within the framework of the strategic partnership.

The Ambassador expressed his pleasure to have the opportunity to get acquainted with the constitutional review system of Mongolia and said that he would support bilateral relations and cooperation in all aspects.

Mongolia established diplomatic relations with Japan in 1972, and next year will mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
