SOLONGO Shilagarid was born in 1962 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

1994 – 2000 She has participated in training courses and seminars on commercial law, civil law code, legal regulation of international banks and financial institution, public service code and legal regulation in countries such as Japan, Taiwan, Netherland, Italy, Great Britain and Austria.
